Files

A electronic or device file is very similar like a office paper file. The content or information of a computer file can consist of basically anything. However, a computer operating system - OS - is required to create, store, open, or edit and understand the content of a given file type for file format. In most cases, the easiest way to determine a file's format is to look at the file extension. The file extension is labeled as letter and the end of file name after a dot. Common file extensions are listed below by File Type. All file format extensions can be stored in the File Space.

At the center of the DocuClix application are the File and Form Space and the PDF-Editor. Files and Forms with the extension PDF or Portable File Format you can view, edit, share, and store on DocuClix via the PDF-Editor. From the PDF-Editor, you can sign up for a free account and store your files in a Private File Space or Shared File Space (available Oct. 2020).

Are you being digitally spied on?

If you think your personal, special and sensitive online files should be more secluded than they are now and your Files be free from Content Sniffing? Do you really want to be identified with internet ads based on your email address associated with your online Files? Do you store/share your Files on a monetarily free platform, but you pay for this by sharing your browsing privacy i.e. sites you visit, things you buy, and so on?
On these ad-based file sharing platforms each time you share files with others or recipients, you also share your recipient's email addresses; thus, their privacy - without their knowledge - with the ad-based online file storage platform. Ask yourself if you are you are also required to create a free email address associated with the file storage, sharing platform? At the same time do you feel your entire online existence is being monitored or recorded? If so, your browsing habits and email exchanges are being digitally spied on. Once you free email is setup with an ad based platform, you can be more easily tracked and traced, as that is the price you pay for free file storage or a free email address.
On DocuClix we don't digitally spy on you. You are not required to register a DocuClix email address nor do we share any data. We believe, just like in real life, if someone were to follow you around all day, monitoring every move you make, it would be called stalking. Who wants that? </P

Private, Shared File Spaces

Private Space

The DocuClix Private File Space assures you that all your files remain private to just you. You will not have to go through complicated file settings to maintain file privacy. Simple drag and drop a file into the Private File Space or Folder and be done. In order to share a file, drag and drop it to the Shared File space.

Shared Space

This feature will be available in Oct. 2020. Once you place a file in this space, it's open for you to set share settings.

The following file formats you can view on DocuClix in the File Workspace either in the Private or Shared File Space. You can store and share all file type formats on DocuClix. PDF file formats can be edited.

A DocuClix account is required to view these file formats from your personal File Space.
