You can enter the DocuClix Go Paperless Promo by entering your email here. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter to win! Do not enter this contest if you are not, at the time of entry, age 18 or older. The promotion runs from now until December 31 2020 at 11:59 pm (EST).

After you complete the registration step, you will automatically be entered. Entries are due by 11:59 pm (EST), December 31, 2020. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Participation is open only to individuals who are 18 or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of DocuClix and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible to enter. If you enter from a country that does not accept Amazon Gift cards we have the right to substitute Amazon Gift Cards with Free DocuClix Subscriptions

All requested information must be completed to enter. No purchase is necessary to claim prize. Limit one entry per person or email address, two per family or household. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the official rules of this contest. 

Drawing:  The winners will be selected in nine random closed drawings conducted on or about January 10, 2021 from among all eligible entries received. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

DocuClix will send each winner an email informing them that they won and that they must respond within five business days to claim their prize. If the selected winner does not respond to the email within five business days, DocuClix will select a replacement winner and the original winner will no longer be eligible for the prize. If the winner does respond within the timeframe, DocuClix will send the winner another email instructing them how they can activate and use their promotion gift. If the winner does not reply, DocuClix will select another participant and the intial winner will no longer be eligible.

Participants who enter the promotion but are not selected to win any of the promotional gifts will receive a consolation prize: a promo code to reduce the DocuClix Subscription Fee.

All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes not identified above are the sole responsibility of the winner. The promotional gifts are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemption will be made, except as provided herein. In the event any promotional gift becomes unavailable, DocuClix reserves the right to award a promotion of equal or greater value. By entering this promotion participants agree to release Mixnet Corp. DBA as DocuClix, from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the promotion or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any promotional gift, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information by DocuClix, for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of DocuClix and will not be returned. In the event of noncompliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the email address in winner’s entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

DocuClix is not responsible for any damage to a participant’s system that is occasioned by participating in this promotion by downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Any dispute or claim arising out of the promotion or any disputes with site users which arise as a result of the use of this website, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia without respect to conflicts of laws principles. Any such claim shall be brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of Virginia. If any provisions of these official rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforce ability of any other provision. DocuClix assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entries that have been tampered with are void. DocuClix reserves the right to disqualify any participant who DocuClix determines, in its sole discretion, has threatened the operation of this contest or website, or violates these official rules. DocuClix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond DocuClix’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this contest. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
